Located at the Anping Port in Tainan City, near the national historic site Eternal Golden Castle, a decommissioned Deyang Destroyer is moored along the harbor channel. Its portside gangway is open to welcome visitors aboard, allowing guests to experience the might of a naval warship up close. This attraction integrates tourism, national defense education, and marine awareness. It was officially opened to the public in 2011, marking the centennial of the Republic of China.
