Haiwei Chaohuang Palace is located in Haiwei Liao, Annan District. Haiwei Liao is part of the ancient Taijiang Inner Sea and is a settlement born on reclaimed land of the Fuchou area. It is one of the sixteen settlements in Annan. The area of the worship circle is vast, with the southern region mainly consisting of residents around Haiqian Road to the north of the Yanshui River. To the north, it extends to the intersection of Anzhong Road Section 2 and Haiqian Road in Benyuan Liao.
