Every winter, Taiwan Sugar Corporation plants a sea of flowers along Shengchan Road, including sunflowers, rapeseed flowers, and cosmos. The flowers are sown in the fall, bloom in the winter, and are removed after the Lunar New Year. During the flower-viewing season, a vast field of sunflowers blooms, and the cosmos flowers are in full spring bloom. The blooming period of cosmos is shorter, while sunflowers bloom for a longer period, with different flowers blooming at different times. Visitors can enjoy a variety of flowers at different times. The flower fields bloom along both sides of Shengchan Road, creating a vibrant and colorful display everywhere.
