Hutoupi is located at the foot of Hutou Mountain in the eastern suburbs of Xinhua District, just 15 kilometers from Tainan City. It is named after the shape of the mountain, which resembles a fierce tiger's head. The surface of Hutoupi Lake is vast, and the surrounding walking trail encircles the entire area. Along the way, camphor trees and acacia trees form dense forests, with green mountains surrounding the area, creating a lush and vibrant scene. The Hutuyue Pavilion stands on a small island in the lake, with the Hutuyue Suspension Bridge spanning between the two banks. The suspension bridge is delicate and long, and during dawn and dusk, standing on the bridge and looking down at the lake's center, you can see the shimmering turquoise water reflecting orange-yellow light, creating a stunning view. The "Water Bridge Rainbow Reflection" is a famous scenic spot. The 27-hectare water surface of Hutoupi Lake is the most natural water recreation area, currently offering rowboats and speedboats for visitors to enjoy boating and take in the picturesque surrounding scenery.
