The Sicao Bridge spans across the area where the Xianshui River flows westward into Anping, merging with the Chianan Canal before entering the Taiwan Strait. The view under the bridge is magnificent, as the waters of the Xianshui River, Chianan Canal, and the Taiwan Strait collide. This area is rich in fish, and it is common to see many people fishing from the bridge. It is also a great spot to enjoy the sunset, as the sun gradually sets into the Taiwan Strait, creating a romantic atmosphere with distant fishing lights. There is a nearly 1-kilometer-long beach near the estuary. However, due to the intense collision of fresh and seawater at the estuary, and the nearby seawall with wave-dissipating blocks, the area has strong currents and whirlpools, so swimming is strictly prohibited.
