是一部由桂田文化藝術基金會出品、用力拍電影有限公司製作的實境節目，金馬影后楊貴媚首次擔任總製作人，並攜閨蜜鍾欣凌、嚴藝文搭檔主持。於2022年7月7日起每週四晚間9點在公共電視首播，2022年7月9日起每週六晚間9點於八大第一台播出，CATCHPLAY+影音平台台灣與新加坡網路獨家上架。
《老少女奇遇記》是由金馬影后「楊貴媚」、金鐘影后「鍾欣凌」及知名導演「嚴藝文」，三位對人生有一定領悟的 “老少女“啟動未知感觸的旅程; 透過鏡頭，在她們一同前往新奇的地方、經歷感動的人事物、實踐心中未完成的人生清單的同時，也一同經歷台灣的特殊當地文化與意義，藉由藝人的親身造訪參與，點出城鄉差異、人文風情、高齡化、離島生活方式等等的特有性，讓節目產生新的章節，故名為 ”奇遇記“。

"Hey Girls, Adventure!" is a reality show produced by the Kuei Tien Culture & Art Foundation and crafted by Togo Films Co., Ltd. Esteemed Golden Horse Award-winning actress YANG Kuei Mei takes on the role of chief producer for the first time, teaming up with her close friends, Golden Bell Award-winning actress Chung Hsin-Ling and renowned director YEN Yi-Wen, as co-hosts. The show premiered on Public Television Service (PTS) on July 7, 2022, airing every Thursday at 9 PM. Subsequent broadcasts began on GTV 1st Channel on July 9, 2022, every Saturday at 9 PM. The series is also exclusively available on the CATCHPLAY+ streaming platform in Taiwan and Singapore.
"Hey Girls, Adventure!" features three accomplished women—Best Leading Actress of Golden Horse Award, Yang Kuei-Mei, Golden Bell Award winner Chung Hsin-Ling, and renowned director YEN Yi-Wen—embarking on a journey filled with unexpected experiences. Three "mature ladies" set out to explore uncharted territories, engage with inspiring individuals, and fulfill items on their personal bucket lists. Through their travels, they immerse themselves in Taiwan's unique local cultures and traditions. By actively participating in and showcasing these experiences, the show highlights themes such as urban-rural disparities, cultural nuances, aging populations, and life on offshore islands. This approach adds depth and new chapters to the program, aptly titled "Adventure!"
